Today's Tip: hydrotherapy.
That sounds pretty dramatic, but it's not. There are several dramatic things you can do, but what I have in mind is very simple. After you have finished your shower, turn off the hot water. If you can't take the whole body plunge, just run the cold water over your hands and feet for a minute or two. This will help improve your circulation.
