Today's tip: spend time with friends.
That is exactly what I am doing! I am in Texoma land right now visiting my dear friend of (hmnhmn) years. We met in junior high, back when there was junior high, and have been BFF since then.
It is so easy with all that pulls on us to neglect our friendships. What with kids and work and chores and errands and obligations and, well, you get the idea. We need to make sure to take the time to foster those relationships that keep us alive.
I treasure my limited time with my friend. We only lay eyes on each other a couple of times a year, but we e-mail constantly and talk on the phone every so often. I would go nuts without her love and support.
Make sure you have someone to just hang out with. And then do it. It is good for mind, body, and soul.
Now, back to poolside. : )

I'm so glad that you had a good time. Friends are awesome, aren't they?
Just thinking about you and hope all is well...
Hey, I've changed my page again. It was TOO plain with that standard template. Let me know what you think... is this better?
Hugs,

Hi Julie,
I have tagged you on my blog but please don't feel obligated to continue but it would be fun though. :)

Dang girl. I know what you mean about needing friends. I'm a Texas transplant and have absolutely NO friends. It's sorta sad. Don't you feel bad for me? But I guess I can partly blame myself for that. I have a hard time making real friends and I haven't made any since highschool. You've inspired me to give them a call and catch up.
